Ron Horman Jr.

Ron Horman, Jr. has been preparing for running the pickle business his whole life. He worked in the factory as a boy and, after getting his degree from Quinnipiac, he assumed the role of CEO. A hands-on leader, he focuses on quality assurance, production, and new product development. In fact, he is responsible for bringing the single serves and quarts to market, proving that amazing things can come in small packages. When he's not delighting wholesale and retail customers and keeping the factory operating efficiently, he enjoys cooking and skiing.

Some leaders are born with a silver spoon in their mouths. The Hormans were raised in brine and barrels. Well, not exactly... but they grew up in the business... literally.

Nick Horman Jr.

Nick runs the direct-to-consumer and farmers market business. His philosophy degree led him to the tagline for the Horman’s Best consumer brand -- Think Fresh. It applies to every aspect of the business -- the myriad varieties, his team’s approach to marketing, and  his commitment to the arts and charity. He is a graduate of Providence College and has an MBA from Adelphi University.
